What if I don’t like the design or layout?
Don’t worry! We don’t like to disappoint so our process is designed and proven to deliver the right results. First we’ll discover your web design likes and dislikes in the initial brief and strategy stages. This tells us where your ideas lie in terms of design and layout. Then, during the customisation phase, you’ll get to see a draft of one of the websites’ pages and have your chance to tell us if there’s anything you’re unsure about (or anything you love, of course). Finally there’s one last round of amends at the end of the project to iron out any final creases before handover
What if i’m still unsure what to do after training?
We understand that understanding new technology and learning a new skill can be tough! Our training session is designed to teach you the essentials for maintaining the major areas of your website, without bogging you down with too many technical features or too much jargon. Then, we throw in 30 days of unlimited telephone and email support following your training session, so should you get stuck at any point we’ll be there to help at no extra cost.
